Tuna Cake Recipe:

400g tin of Tuna (undrained)
450g granary or SR flour
3 eggs
Dash of milk

Liquidise the tuna with eggs, milk and oil in blender. Add to flour and mix. Put into a microwave dish and cook on full power for about six-ten minutes. The cake should bounce back when pressed lightly and not be sticky, when cooked. Cut the cake into 1cm squares and freeze. Take out of freezer when required.
